For Room Seekers & Tenants: Name, phone number, email address, student or employment status, budget preferences, preferred localities in Ranchi (e.g., Lalpur, Morabadi, Bariatu, Kanke Road), and room requirements submitted through our discovery or matchmaking forms.
For Property Hosts: Full legal name, contact details, property address, room inventory details, rent breakdown, photographs of the property, utility bill proofs, and government-issued identity proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID) strictly used for verification audit purposes.
Usage & Device Information: IP address, browser type, interaction timestamps, search queries, and referring URLs collected to monitor platform performance and prevent automated abuse.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Facilitating direct, zero-brokerage contact between verified room seekers and verified property owners.
- Scheduling physical verification visits by our Ranchi-based ground audit team.
- Performing periodic availability reconfirmations to keep room listings fresh.
- Preventing unauthorized broker poaching, deceptive listings, and fraudulent activities.
- Complying with applicable Indian statutory and regulatory requirements under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and strict role-based access control. Host KYC documents uploaded for verification are accessible strictly by authorized audit personnel and are never made public on listing cards.
